Firm founder Scott Piekarsky is widely recognized for his knowledge and experience in these issues.  He has been a contributing lecturer and moderator to the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s programs on legal malpractice. He has also regularly lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) at its Basic Skills and Methods course for new attorneys on Professional Responsibility and Trust Accounting at Seton Hall Law School from 1998 to 2009. Mr. Piekarsky authored the article “Avoiding Malpractice Claims” in New Jersey Law Journal in July 1998 and “The Dermatologist as Expert Witness.” Mr. Piekarsky is regularly appointed by the Superior Court judges for mediations, disputes, special master appointments, as guardian and counsel to alleged incompetents, etc.
